WSB Merito is the largest group of private universities in Poland, a name that needs no introduction. Students can easily balance their professional life with their studies to maintain a healthy work-life balance. So far, 550,000 students and alumni have trusted them.

Project objectives
We began our collaboration with WSB Merito (then still known as Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa) during the challenging time of the pandemic. Traditional recruitment activities, such as school visits and education fairs, were no longer possible. The biggest challenge was the lack of direct contact with high school graduates, a key group from a recruitment perspective. Our task was to create an online campaign that would effectively reach final-year students and generate leads.
Our approach
Merito needed a solution that would work quickly and effectively. We designed a comprehensive campaign within the Meta environment, combining advertising with polished creative assets. We created a dedicated landing page with a contact form and a lead management system. To add tangible value, we included math tables, a high school graduate guide, gadgets, and vouchers for Helios cinemas and Empik. Things that work and stay memorable.
The outcome
The strategy worked—and it worked effectively. The campaign not only achieved its goals during the pandemic but was also continued afterward. Today, we continue to collaborate with WSB Merito, supporting them in subsequent promotional activities and projects.
