Visbe is an event industry brand that has been building recognition and a strong position in Europe for years. The company’s dynamic growth led to expansion into the Middle Eastern market. A new subsidiary was opened in Dubai, which required adapting the visual communication and marketing materials to the specifics of the local market and the expectations of its audience.

Case Study

Challenge

The client approached us with a brand already recognized in Poland and Europe but in need of an entirely new brand concept for the Middle Eastern market, which operates under very different rules. The goal was to create a new visual and communication identity that would reflect the brand’s scale and quality while remaining clear and appealing to audiences in Arab countries. A key element was designing a bilingual website in Arabic and English, along with a full set of marketing materials aligned with the local cultural context. Everything needed to impress and shine, while still being functional and practical.

Project objectives

Our goal was to comprehensively prepare a new visual identity that took local conditions into account while remaining consistent with the brand’s DNA. The scope of work included creating a logo, brand book, key visuals, and a modern bilingual website. An important part of the project was also preparing content in both English and Arabic, ensuring the brand could communicate clearly with both audiences.

Our approach

We started from the ground up. Before moving on to design, we conducted thorough research on aesthetics, UX/UI, and brand communication in the Middle Eastern market. We analyzed how local users navigate websites, how they read content, what captures their attention, and what modern branding looks like in this part of the world. We ensured that every element – from business cards to presentation templates – was part of a larger, well-designed whole. Everything stemmed from a carefully thought-out marketing and communication strategy.

The next stage was the website: dynamic, striking, and full of character. We used strong visual elements, animations, and modern transitions that reflect the brand’s energy and the lifestyle characteristic of Dubai. The site was designed with two languages in mind – English and Arabic – as well as different reading directions. Our team was also responsible for all copywriting.

The outcome

Visbe gained a refined, modern visual identity that naturally fits into the aesthetics of the Middle East and captures the audience’s attention. The new website shines – both literally and figuratively – and with its bilingual layout and local adaptation, it effectively supports the brand’s communication in the new market. The result of our collaboration is not only visually appealing materials but, above all, a complete set of tools for further scaling the brand in international markets.
